Hi, I'm Jo -

I'm an Oxfordshire-based accredited Nutrition and Health Coach, and I work with busy professionals who want to re-balance their weight and re-set their habits to a sustainable, joyful, self-trusting way of eating which builds up health and energy.
I support individuals on making science-informed shifts, step by step changes to their nutrition and lifestyle, to support weight management. My approach is personalised, compassionate and caring, and looks closely at the holistic role of stress management in health. My coaching philosophy is anchored in helping clients break free from yo-yo dieting and rigid calorie counting, to making informed food choices and gain agency and a new excitement around food.
I am passionate about working with clients on building a paced plan to lose weight, helping them with the science-informed 'why?' on solid nutrition and lifestyle, and build lasting habits for health and vitality. We are surrounded by a sea of information and instruction about health; I provide a safe harbour for you to build a personalised plan away from all the noise.
